Business Intelligence is what makes data come alive. With out BI, MSCRM and SharePoint are just data repositories. You have to be able to get your data out in a meaningful way and your users need to be able to view it and use it in their daily work. MSCRM, SharePoint 2010 and Pivot Point are all tools that can help you make that happen.
