Impartner, a provider of SaaS-based channel management and Partner Relationship Management announced it has raised $50 million in new funding. Brighton Park Capital joined existing investors such as Emergence, Golub Capital, and Savant Growth to contribute to the company’s $113 million of financing to-date.

The company works with SMBs and Fortune 500 companies—particularly in healthcare and software--and aims to use the funding to improve its growth.
