Sitecore announces new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Customer Insights connectors

Sitecore has extended its collaboration with Microsoft through new Dynamics 365 integrations aimed at enhancing customer experience related to commerce and content personalization.

Initially, Sitecore is building integrations between its Content Hub and Dynamics 365 Commerce,  and between Sitecore's experience manager (XM) and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. The roadmap for future integrations is currently being defined, according to a Sitecore spokesperson.
